Complete Gym Guide app good for

Im a self learner and this ap has been very helpful to me, they could improve a bit on the pictures. But I like it.
I like the app, but it Would be much better if it had more exercises for Glutes & Thighs
Not what I expected though thought it would keep track of reps for me
I go to a public gym and I have a small home gym when I cant make it to the other, this app has help to show me ways to exercise that otherwise I would not have known, great written instructions, Photos and calculators for protein, water, carb intake.., I like it.
If I say no thanks to review it, then stop the darn pop up every time I open the app
The calculator is for bodybuilders, not for a casual gym goer

Some bad moments

This app is fine but has an annoying feature that asks you to rate it every time you load it even if you have already rated it. Enough already!!!
Constantly asks to rate it. Level one workout is the same as level two & three workouts. Nice concept, bad implementation.
The leveled workouts are basically the same to include amount of reps, and for some reason none of the level 3 workouts will load!!
